The Lifestyle
Some of the reasons that the people who live in Cooma love the town include;
The Lifestyle
Cooma has a fantastic cafe culture with plenty of great small cafe's in which you can grab a bite to eat, or relax
with a fine coffee. The fresh mountain air and relaxed living are a high point for many. There is great local
shopping and eating with many quality restaurants nearby - and for those who need just a little bit more
variety, Canberra is only an hour away. The Lambie St Track is a fantastic walk through the most historic parts
of the town, and there are hundreds of great bushwalking tracks close by. All the mountains sports are another
high point, with such a close proximity to the ski fields in winter, and fishing, bushwalking and exploring in
Summer. The sparkling South Coast is also just an hour and 15 minutes drive away for a great day at the beach.
The friendly atmosphere of the town makes it a great place to visit - but a better place to live!
The Local Scenery

local 18 hole golf course and club.
